Fundraising Event- Wine Survivor

We received wonderful news that another event fundraiser is underway to support the work EMS Peer Support & Wellness Solutions is doing. Draw date is quickly approaching so get your team together for a little fun- Survivor style!


How to Play
Final Draw December 17th, 2021

To enter, pay $10 entry fee plus supply a bottle of wine valued at $15. If you don’t want to supply the wine, leave the shopping to us and pay $25 and will be supply the bottle of wine. Payments can be made to Chris Atkins- please email first prior to sending money.
 
You can enter as a team of 4 or individually and we will assign you to a team. You can enter multiple times or be on multiple teams to increase your odds. Each entry fee is the same.
 
The cut-off date is December 13th, 2021. There is no maximum.
 
Once all the entries are in, and the teams are finalized we will start kicking people off the island by drawing out names.  But don’t panic, your team can still win if one member stays in the running.
 
Immunity can be purchased for $5 per of a max of 2 per person per entry. These must be purchased at the same time as the entry fee. If you have multiple entry fees you will have to specify which name entry you are buying immunity for or purchase for all.
 
To participate in the Wine Survivor, use the email below and state whether you are applying as an individual or a team. Please provide the following information:
 
1) Team Name
2) Team Captain – email and phone
3) Other members names and emails
